Musician Bio
Dylan Fitzsimmons is a songwriter and Americana musician. He has cultivated his expressive sound by cutting his teeth on classic folk tunes, playing bluegrass in the band Bay Grass, and writing, recording, and producing his own original songs. Recently his single Firefly appeared on WRUV radio, 90.1 fm in the Burlington, VT area. Strong vocals, soulful harmonica, and great guitar pickin’ highlight an extensive repertoire of covers and original tunes.
Songwriting
Ever since I learned my first few chords, I've been putting music and lyrics together to write songs. Writing a song that sounds good, and more importantly, connects with people is my highest aspiration as an artist. Click the link above to listen to some of my original tunes on SoundCloud. Enjoy!
Live Performance
Like many musicians, I started out playing just for myself. Over the years, however, I've been fortunate to have friends, bandmates and mentors who have shown me the ropes of live performance.
